Pre Strategy Questions

Before We Meet, It’s Important That We Understand Your Business

ITC: Strategy Questionnaire

One of our catchphrases at Impact Training is, “If you and your team don’t know what you need to be doing in the very next 15 minutes, then the single most important action to take is to seek clarity.” The overarching purpose of the Sales Growth Planning Deep Dive is to assist you in gaining even more clarity about your business.

To gain as much as possible for the SGP Deep Dive, we have a short questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire is designed to accomplish 2 things:

1) Identify what’s working, what isn’t and any blind spots (we all have them) and give you even more clarity, focus and direction.

2) Help us determine if there is a good fit between you and Impact Trainings coaching, implementation and support services.

The questionnaire includes general questions about your goals and leadership style as well as more specific questions relating to your sales process, tools, KPIs as well as you sales and business targets. It is important for you to be as open and accurate as you can.

We believe your business should be a vehicle to give you a remarkable life! That means you’re creating the returns you deserve, have the time to do what you want to do when you want to do it and you’re able to make an even bigger Impact to yourself, family and the greater community.

With this in mind, where do you want your business to be in 2 years time in the below categories?

Knowing where you want to take your sales numbers and business in the next 2 years will help us to navigate your business to achieve those targets.

For us to help you close the gap from where you are, to where you want to be, we need to look into the past 12 months with the following questions.

** If your business is highly seasonal, please provide your average for the past 12 months **

Your most valuable asset is your team. Empowering your team with updated tools, combined with sales communication skills, will increase your sales and, more importantly, your team retention.

You’ll never grow your clients/members or increase cash flow and profits unless you consistently update and codify your sales and have your team skilled and excited to crush sales and growth targets.
